SPAM Problem
We have a SPAM problem .... not cool 
Because of that i deactivated the "Post Topic" feature for the members group.
If you need a new Topic, send me a PM and i'll start it for you.

All users that have 0 posts and there Website or signature fields are not empty, will be deleted.
