Dear Sergio   , only you can help me here!
I have the H2WR54G Hawking  & i have upgraded via RS232  to firmware of EDIMAX  BR-6541WP that was working better with + very Good QoS Bandwith (very accurate!) adjustment by IP or MAC .
Then I have upgrade to AMILDA 0.4.40 & 43 Then was working OK with AMILDA  then i have try to go back to EDIMAX firmware  but then router canot start working and i get  This::
----------
Kernel panic: Attempted to kill the idle task!
In idle task - not syncing
-----------
I have try to upload every Hawking / EDIMAX & all AMILDA firmware but every time i get the same info via console rs232.
Many thanks
James

Re: Kernel panic - not syncing

Hi

Can you post the a capture of the complete boot process? That would enable me to trace the problem.

Regards,

Sergio
